Movement Matters Policies

To keep Movement Matters running smoothly, we ask that all clients please honor our business policies. They are set to better serve you. 


1. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are a new client, please arrive at least 10m early to fill out your paperwork.

2.Payment is due on D.O.S, if you need a check held, there is a $10.00 fee added.

3. Please honor our space by speaking quietly, using cell phones outside or in the cafe, this is so everyone can enjoy their sessions peacefully.

4.There is a 24 hour cancel policy, failure to follow will result in $40 charge, no shows or same day cancels will result in full fee being charged.

6. Please wash your hands before your session. 

7. Masks are required, we follow strict covid policies and cleaning protocols and there is a covid waiver to sign at each session. 

8. In the winter we typically follow school closings, to keep everyone safe.
